JADENCE MOBILE CAR CARE — TERMS & SERVICES

  1. Introduction These Terms & Services (“Terms”) govern mobile vehicle detailing services provided by Jadence Mobile Car Care (“Jadence,” “we,” “us,” “Company”) to the customer (“you,” “Customer”). By scheduling or receiving services you agree to these Terms.
  2. Services We provide mobile vehicle detailing services as described on your service order/estimate. Exact services, products, and specifications will be listed on your invoice/estimate.
  3. Appointments & Scheduling Appointments are by reservation only. Provide accurate location, contact number, and vehicle details at booking. We schedule based on availability and estimated service duration.
  4. Estimates & Pricing Estimates are based on information provided and are subject to change if additional work is required (e.g., heavy soiling, pet hair, excessive staining). Final charges reflect actual services performed.
  5. Deposits & Payments A deposit as specified at booking is required to secure appointments. The remaining balance is due upon completion. We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and mobile payments. Returned payment fees apply.
  6. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancel or reschedule at least 4 hours prior to the appointment for a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations within 3 hours without rescheduling may forfeit the deposit. Appointments cancelled within 4 hours but rescheduled may be accommodated at our discretion.
  7. Access & Keys You must provide safe, legal access to the vehicle and supply keys when required. We are not responsible for damage or loss resulting from leaving keys unattended in unsecured locations.
  8. Vehicle Condition & Contents Remove valuables and loose items prior to service. We are not responsible for loss, damage, or staining of personal items left in the vehicle. Inform us of pre-existing damage or mechanical issues.
  9. Pre-Existing Damage & Additional Work We are not liable for pre-existing paint, trim, upholstery, or mechanical issues. Additional repairs or restoration beyond detailing will be quoted separately.
  10. Damage, Claims & Inspections Jadence carries liability insurance. Report any concerns immediately and before our departure; we may request inspection and photos. Claims made after the vehicle has left the site may be subject to review.
  11. Satisfaction Guarantee & Refunds If you are not satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will address the issue. Refunds are considered case-by-case and will follow the Cancellation & Rescheduling provisions.
  12. Weather, Site Conditions & Safety We may reschedule due to severe weather or unsafe site conditions (e.g., steep driveways, hazards). You are responsible for providing a safe working area free of traffic and hazards.
  13. Hazardous Materials & Biohazards We will not handle biohazards or hazardous waste (e.g., bodily fluids, large chemical spills) without prior agreement and additional fees.
  14. Service Limitations & Warranty Detailing improves appearance but does not guarantee restoration to factory condition. We do not warrant permanent removal of stains, scratches, oxidation, or structural issues. Product-specific warranties, if any, will be disclosed.
  15. Health & Safety We follow applicable public health guidance. If anyone at the service location is ill, inform us and we will reschedule.
  16. Privacy & Data We collect contact and vehicle information to provide services. We do not sell customer data. For questions about data use, contact us.
  17. Cancellation by Company We may cancel or refuse service for safety, access, or other legitimate reasons and will provide notice and refund of deposits when applicable.
  18. Indemnity & Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for those services. You agree to indemnify us for claims arising from your breach of these Terms or negligence.
  19. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution before litigation; mediation or arbitration may be used if desired.
  20. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms; customers will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of booking.
